Gilles Babinet (Chairman of the board) successfully created and managed various successful businesses as CEO. At the age of 24, he set up Absolut, a product design firm that he sold in 2000 to Euro-RSCG. That same year, he founded Musiwave, that was sold to Openwave for $139M in Jan 2006. Since then, Gilles co-founded :
- Eyeka, a Platform that gathers 75,000 video makers, answering to pitches posted by brands. Eyeka is backed by Ventech Ventures, SFR Ventures and DN Capital
- Digicompanion, a company using film and music to organise marketing operations for brands, backed by Alven Capital
- Sawnd, a music publishing company that helps musicians increase their presence on the Internet.
Gilles is serving as Chairman at Eyeka, MXP4 and Awdio. Since 2011, Gilles is the President of the French National Council for the Digital Economy founded by Nicolas Sarkozy. - JF Cecillon - Independent board member
