    Location: Paris, FR or London, UK

    MXP4, a leading developer of social music games on Facebook, is looking for a Junior Product Manager to be responsible for providing roadmap directions and analysis to social music gaming products.

    Responsibilities and Key Tasks:

    • Lead product management of online/social music games
    • Run "game as service" business and ensure their success across multiple games platforms such as Facebook
    • Maximize titles' fun, engagement, virality and monetization
    • Plan and execute product roadmap to meet goals via an iterative deployment cycle
    • Write product and feature specs
    • Add experience, direction and measurable performance to the product/game design process
    • Use a strong quantitative background to balance the math in new feature design and manage virtual economies
    • Measure performance of product and adjust
    • Work closely with games studio, UI, marketing and community teams
    • Be a positive member of our team and help to build a great culture

    
 
    The requirements for this position are:

    • Experience in product management role at an outstanding online games, social media or consumer-internet company / Consultant at Management consulting firm
    • Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision-making
    • Passion for writing product specifications
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
    • Must be able to graphically create wire-frames and give interface direction to UI team
    • Understanding of micro-transactions business models
    • Strong passion for music, social media and games
    • Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work to short deadlines
    • Innovative and Creative
    • Collaboration and consensus driven approach
    • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Fluent in both English and French
    • BA/BS degree
